I think they just randomly assign cops to schools. I don't know how it works in the States, but here we get a new one every year, and it's just someone that they transfer there.
I went to a hippie school until I was 8, so any tantrums I had were...well, I don't remember having tantrums because school was laid back and chill and we had drum circles.
