I have two weeks left in the semester and they've decided to saddle me with 40 students and I need to cover the whole curriculum, plus there are no lights in the room. As soon as they start rioting, the principal walks in. That kind of thing.
There's also awful things happening to cats—usually decay and dismembering and abandonment. And a smattering of nuclear holocaust, though that's been less frequent now that I have more immediate things to worry about.
