I watched the first two? three? episodes of Walking Dead. It doesn't get better. You have pretty much predicted the future with the rolling around in corpse juice idea, but I'm pretty sure goth!zombie was just a sight gag/red herring (it's not his voice on the radio and I don't remember seeing him again).
