It did. And really, it did it so well that probably no one else should be allowed to do it, though I like the idea that the poor Tyndale book designer was secretly a Watchmen fan and wanted to see if he or she could get that past the radar.

On a related note, the actual Doomsday Clock is another case where I feel the new design is an improvement.
