OMG YES. Also Magicians shoutouts? Even better.
Lemon poppyseed gluten-free cupcakes (that taste good for some reason), no less. Also "all the dumplings," interpreted very literally.
Lots of the imagery is basically
Magicians
fanservice and I am here for it.
Solnit is brilliant and I love her. This one somehow missed my radar until recently, though I think I've read excerpts from it.
