Now my mind is revisiting the steam samurai idea and I am considering using an Japanese oni mask instead of a paint ball mask - provided that it is sturdy enough to glue a lot of crap onto, of course. Go brass, of course, but maybe glue on a mustache along with the pipes and rivets. You can tell that Terry Gilliam's Brazil is now creeping into my thinking.
