Add to the class segregation (which is also race segregation, although it doesn't neatly line up) the way streaming is done now. The crap about "Pathways" and "Honouring Every Destination" is just that—crap. If there's a University English class and a Workplace/Essentials English class and only the money to buy books for one, guess which one gets the books?
