Ewww. I found this ad on a conservative blog. How very, very crass.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds this funny. I guess I shouldn't, though. (And I should add that it's gallows-humour funny, not ha-ha funny. If this is all true, she's screwed over a lot of people. But how could you not be suspicious of someone who writes "How empowering!" about a demo?)

Here's where I was last night. More photos. I showed up to be supportive and left before any hardcore praying happened.

Fair enough. I'm convinced one fellow in the Toronto circle is a cop. I'm not the only one who thinks this. But since I have no proof, there's not much I can do.

I doubt this Anna person (if the accusations are true) is an actual cop. At least up here, the cops have a hard time finding convincing undercover agents. They tend to have the wrong physical type as well. We can spot them pretty quickly, unless they've got one set of really obvious infiltrators to throw us off the scent and make us feel clever, and another set that's really good. Ah, paranoia....

I've heard that if you ask a cop whether or not he/she's a cop, they're legally supposed to admit they are. I don't know if this is true or not. So if you walk up to someone and make a reference in a joking way, and ask them if they're a cop...

eh, anyway..... just the first thought that jumped into my mind when I saw this.

I doubt it holds for paid informers, though. Or even for cops -- if you were infiltrating the mafia, for example, they'd ask you whether you were a cop right off the bat.

it's not true that cops have to honestly ID themselves if you ask...i'd find something on, like, snopes or whatever but i lack motivation...

I was gonna say tho, if she is a cop, i'll be damned! I've never seen an undercover look that authentic! "anna" tot. looks like a medic!

According to some of the comments, she's 20, which means that she'd have started working for the cops when she was 18. So -- likely not a cop, just a snitch.

The scarf is hideous. I'm going to have to make another one of those Protest Dos and Don'ts posts again just to mock it.

The undercover johns never seem to have to be honest. Again, basing this entirely on cop shows. Heh.
