Say, while we're at it,-- why wouldn't they let you teach history? Are they strict about maintaining a sharp divide between tech and the rest?
Plus, please accept my apologies for the "she's a good teacher" bullshit at the awards; I don't think I should have gone there.

They are, on paper, strict about maintaining a sharp divide between tech and academic. In practice, I hear it's more flexible. But it's not like there's a shortage of history teachers.

I was so zoned out at the awards that I didn't even notice you saying anything bad. Like, I was barely vertical. At any rate, I wasn't offended.
