Pass it on

The piece-of-shit Nazi scumbag who killed a man at the Holocaust Museum in DC today was a Freeper. Anyone who's spent more than 30 seconds on FreeRepublic knows that it's a hotbed of seething, mindless hatred. They'll try to distance themselves (they are currently trying to argue that Muslims somehow did this), just like Operation Rescue is pathetically trying to distance itself from the misogynist bastards that killed Dr. Tiller, but this oughtn't fool anyone.

Also, he is a terrible artist.

All anger aside, this is scary as all hell.

He gets no mention in anything other than the Artists Blue Book (which is by no means much of a standardized or comprehensive directory btw). I'd say that's a bad sign. Strangely his art isn't about anti-semitism. He seems to have nothing else on his mind.

[identity profile] hopita.livejournal.com 2009-06-11 01:31 am (UTC)(link)
Now watch the price of his art skyrocket like an effing John Wayne Gacy painting.

A failed artist. That characteristic sounds familiar.

Freepers!

Why do they keep saying that this is the second terrorist attack on America since Bush left office?

Why were they born?

Beat me to it.

it was a terrorist attack before they realized it was one of their posters.

By their standards what was the first terrorist attack? They can't be talking about Tiller's murder, can they? Or are they oddly fair when it comes to abortion?

[identity profile] eumelia.livejournal.com 2009-06-11 04:09 am (UTC)(link)
I think it is a sad testament to my cynicism that the first thing I wondered was "This is the first time this has happened? Or is this the first time it's reported because it happened at the Holocaust museum".

Maybe I really am a self hating Jew, because I'm not angry... I'm kind of confused.

Why is this scary? As opposed to other incidents of terrorism, that is.

Oh god. I hadn't heard.

Fucking crazy freepers. I don't know if there's a way to link to comments directly, but this is the one which got my hackles up.

More handiwork from 0bama’s black muslim terrorists?

i'm guessing the arkansas recruiter killing by an american muslim convert. http://mediamatters.org/research/200906100045

i don't think they could mean the somali pirates or the fictitious plot in ny. i seriously think they thought it was The Muslims until, you know, they found out it was one of their pals. who knows, i can't look at freerepublic for more than a minute. both because of the "look, when i type the first crazy shit that comes to my under-developed brain on the internet other people can see it!" nature of the site and it's design that hasn't been updated since '92 to match the intellectual capacity of it's users that hasn't been updated ever.

Not exactly a Freeper, no. His stuff was reposted on the forums there once by someone who went by wannabegeek, who does not seem to be von Brunn.

[identity profile] faithhopetricks.livejournal.com 2009-06-11 07:46 am (UTC)(link)
Ohh Jesus God. That really is scary.

[identity profile] seanmonster.livejournal.com 2009-06-11 11:34 am (UTC)(link)
It's scary because it's at least the second incident of violence from a white-supremacist in as many months. And all evidence points to more violence to come.

Haha that painting is hilarious. I wonder who's better, him or my former nutty next door neighbor with the surrealism/water buffalo paintings.

I find the modernist elements in crappy painting puzzling as we all know what fascists usually felt about modernist art.

It's kind of funny that the media is puffing this guy up to be a big shot among Nazis, besides hanging out with big shots it seems he never did anything but write essays and that looney attempted take-over of the Federal Reserve.

why is there even a holocaast museum in DC? the holocaast happened in europe it should be in europe. why isn't there a museum foar the cambodian genocide, or teh millions of dead from mao or stalin in DC too? sheesh!

if the west is trully free liek they say they is, why not have a public showing of the iranian cartoonz the way that the danish cartoonz was shown.

is outrage what happened, another poor working class guy (teh heroic guard) a victim becauz of teh... uh, omg, i is sad now.
