I haven't. I'm behind on life. I was planning on downloading it all when the season finished and binge-watching.

I don't see why you'd hate it, although this season feels a bit different. I think there's less action and it's more subtle, but I'm really enjoying it. It's just making me more nervous than the previous season haha.

Less action would be the correct decision, I think. One of the flaws in the first season, I thought, was too much action. Genre-wise, it should be all about tension with short, shocking outbursts of violence. 99% of LeCarré is just people talking to each other.

I agree. I think that by the time S1 ended it was getting distracting that they were involved in epic car chases and gunfights every episode or so. I just didn't know if less action would be a pro or a con for you haha.

It's highly context-dependent, but for someone who enjoys shit blowing up as much as I do, I'm surprisingly big on things without action. Particularly in spy fiction. (I mean, I do enjoy Bond racing around cars and getting into fisticuffs, but that's action-adventure, not proper espionage. Proper espionage should be dudes in ill-fitting suits having indecipherable conversations.)
