There's a human version of this, but I can't remember the name of the parasite. It's been mostly eradicated, although it's apparently making a come-back in some places.

Did you hear it was very gross somewhere? I cant really judge that objectively - for some reason this stuff doesnt seem to gross me out much. I am annoyed that I cant understand the Hebrew dialogue tho!
