Love the 3 similar shapes in the collage. Would a coat of matte medium get rid of the glare? Or is that a question of photography?

It looks like a framed picture I have from Pompeii of one woman whipping another in an initiation ceremony or something. Similar layout. Only with really scary heads. They are too scary for me!
