In lieu of writing an actual script (or review of "Crank," which I saw last night)

Here's my idea for an action movie:

An action hero is chasing a villain down the street. He needs wheels, so he throws a cab driver out of his cab and goes tearing down the street in hot pursuit.

The rest of the movie is the cab driver running up against various cops and thugs as he tries to get his cab back—his only source of income to feed his five kids.
