Everyone knows I'm into zombies and thus recommended the show. Thing is, I have watched a lot of zombie stuff and I'm now picky. It really has to be funny and goofy, or social commentary, or both, or have some sort of a twist (steampunks versus zombies in Boneshaker was fantastic) for me to be interested. Gore in and of itself does nothing for me because I've seen so much gore that I'm desensitized.
Now you've got me thinking which comics I'd like to see made into TV shows. DMZ would be fantastic. Transmetropolitan, if they didn't get it wrong.
