P.S. I gather that Gaiman's Doctor Who episode rocks? So do I watch it tonight because I can't wait, or tomorrow as a birthday present to myself? Probably tonight because I am not that great at delayed gratification.

It does, and if you decide to watch it tonight, you can do it as a pre-birthday present, and then probably again tomorrow as the real deal. (Finally!)
