This sounds a bit like something I like to say about the Legalize Marijuana crowd around environmental rallies and issues. They are so often one issue activists that make us look bad and shine a light that is so very, very bright on an issue most of us care very, very little about.
Onlookers just point at the marijuana flag waving crowd and laugh and sometimes rightfully so.
