I consider myself really low on the tech-geek scale compared to my friends, but ridiculously high (like maybe third in my workplace of around 90 people) at work. But I'm only interested in pretty specific tech things.
I didn't have a cellphone for years, and I still occasionally make like I don't have one. It's a portable e-mail device as far as I'm concerned. I get seriously irritated when people try to call me on it.
