The next time you see the Drakh, they will look completely different. There will be some mutterings about how Delenn encountered one caste and [Spoiler] is getting to meet the leaders, but I think JMS blew that gambit fairly early by saying that the original look was too stupid to really bring back.
Now if only Star Trek had followed that kind of directive in relation to the Klingons and left it with the DS9 explanation of "we don't talk about it" instead of the Enterprise "they got human DNA for a couple of generations" meshuggas, that show might have sucked a little less (maybe even to the point of getting a fifth season)
