That is very heartening. I'm actually shocked (though, why should I be?) that ours are still reporting. Every public employee in the city should be, but the police board just said that they need more statistics and study on how to implement the whatsit. How hard is it to keep one's trap shut; they do it every time their colleagues beat someone half to death or plant evidence, after all.
