Also nothing new. We actually see a lot of that in Russ Bellant's book Old Nazis, The New Right and the Republican Party. Fascist groups or parties existed in every industrialized country in the 1920s and 30s. When Nazi panzers rolled in, these parties formed the puppet governments.
