We have "at-risk" schools, where kids who've dropped out or are homeless can go. The Triangle Program has a lot of kids who've gotten kicked out of their homes, too. Homeless kids also have different needs, from showers in the school and free lunches to an understanding that they don't have access to computers or places to store textbooks. Hence, a targeted school makes sense.
