Jun. 29th, 2006 02:28 pmRemote-controlled flying police drones, coming soon. As Slacktivist points out, the drones proposed in this failed initiative are the sorts of things that killed Daraz Khan for being nearly as tall as Osama bin Laden.
This is a crap idea for other reasons, mainly that we're not ready for the future yet, as we don't have nearly enough gratuitous Kanji lettering in primarily English-speaking locales, and we don't seem to have any hover cars whatsoever.

This is one of those lazy-assed entries I end up making when there's a lot of good bloggage going on but I'm in the office, the phone's ringing off the hook, and I'm taking off for the long weekend tomorrow*. It's just been that sort of day.
