I think realistically, Mike wouldve just killed Jesse & Walt.

Hes a life long criminal and hit man, i dont think he'd risk his ass just because Jesse's a nice kid.

Jess has to have some weird daddy issue super power that draws messed up older dudes to him. I think Mike and Walt both want him to basically be a surrogate son. It is like a more realistic version of Batman and Robin but instead of Bruce Wayne raising a needy abandoned kid into a hero they both want to turn him into an assassin or a drug...chef.

Except in this case Robins parents are still alive!

Although I imagine that not having to live on the lam for the rest of your life might be worth taking a risk for, and Walt has proven at this point that his crazy plans work more often than not. Which may be where the show falls down with regards to suspension of disbelief. But you know, the writers sell it pretty hard and make it fun, so I'm willing to let some stuff slide. After all, if we want to talk about "realistically", Walt probably would have just been killed by Krazy-8 in the pilot, which would have made for an odd 5 seasons of TV.

OMG So fucking good. The magnet thing was awesome. And Walt is so scary and badass now. He has changed so much since the first season. He is even scarier than Mike! Although I think Mike might still try to kill him. We shall see!

I feel like Mike can be really scary and when he is angry he is really really scary. But I also think deep down he is kind of a sweet teddy bear who just wants enough money so he can retire and do something adorable like take care of birds or stray puppies or something.

Pants-wettingly good, although I think I finally and whole-heartedly hate Walt. The hate was growing, but shit's here to stay, now.

I also want Walt to die but not because I hate him. I just think it will make for an awesome last episode.

I give it an 8.5

But I'm over-tired and might be under-rating it. It's so deliciously over the top and impossible. I owe you a bit of a debt, since it was you (along with Peter Watts on Facebook) who hipped me to it in the first place.

If you could discreetly point the way for someone who doesn't have cable to access it, I'd be grateful. (E-mail or FB message.)
