I may have related this before: One May 1st I was in Chicago's Graceland Cemetery and saw a bunch of cute punk kids with Anarchy t-shirts laying a wreath on Governor Altgeld's grave, then they gave Pinkerton's grade the finger.

I'd like to think that happens every year.

The Haymarket martyrs were buried out in Forest Park. Holy cow, after looking up that cemetery I must go there.

When I was in Chicago, I visited the graves of the Haymarket martyrs and the memorial, and I fuckin' spat on Pinkerton's grave.

...come to think of it, I spent a lot of my time in Chicago in cemeteries.
