Oddly enough, I did pretty much the same thing: woke up, read about uzbekistan, posted about it on lj, went off to tame my hangover.

Uzbekistan is really sad. It's been brewing for a few days but of course the United States media ignored it until it absolutely exploded. Maybe something good will come out of it in the end.
