ETA: Elsewhere, bcholmes pointed out—rightfully so—that you shouldn't donate to the Red Cross. So if you are actually using this flowchart for advice, donate to MSF.

It's awesome, but I have to agree about not donating the the US Red Cross (other Red Cross organizations may be okay, but the US Red Cross diverted money intended for Haiti to fix it's own financial problems.)

Oxfam has two appeals: one for Syrian refugees in Syria, Lebannon, and Jordan, and one for refugees arriving in Europe.
