You need at least 2 years of experience and at least one prestigious (unpaid) internship. I assume you have these, so the next step is to send a CV to the Anarchist Headquarters when they have open positions and wait.
JSYK, the field is currently super-competitive -- I know lots of people who have an MA in Anarchist Sciences and they still can't get a job in their field.
