Economies, how do they work?

 Let's talk about one of the most important issues in the election.

How, exactly, will Buck-a-Beer be implemented? This is important to me as I plan to spend the next four years drunk off my ass.

Presumably, Buck-a-Beer will force breweries to sell below cost. Will taxpayers (by which I mean the poorest ones) be subsidizing the industry? Will the Ford government abolish all social assistance, shut hospitals, libraries, and schools, and use that money to subsidize it? Will jackbooted thugs storm every brewery and force them to take a massive business loss by fiat? I need to know details, people.

Also never forget that we could have had universal dental and Pharmacare.

My understanding - the brewers will be allowed to charge as low as a buck for a beer, size not specified. For all those who voted PC because they thought all beers would be forced down to a single dollar per serving - well, let’s say I’m not surprised.
