As a thing the English speaking world could be doing with our weirdly adversarial culture, a show where people in the cultural limelight confront each other and show what accountability looks like. Just like, "this is how you person without treating others as un-persons."

There are so many conversations we need to watch people have while acting like adults. We need to model doing emotional labor for people, because so many people don't know how to have these conversations. And it would make good TV.

For calling people in purposes, it is easiest to take baby steps, shown to you by someone like you. Lady Gaga is white, female, in the same industry, and has a history of listening to her black fans.

Sometimes she will ask Twitter for ideas about ways to help combat racism, which she weirdly got criticism for? But it's not exactly like most anti racism guides are written for someone who had a global platform already.
