The Gay International Judeo-Bolshevik Conspiracy is a caucus within the regular International Judeo-Bolshevik Conspiracy. I can't be in the caucus because I'm not gay. :( :( :( I call discrimination. I'm a fellow traveller, however.

You can be in the IJBC (Note: Same acronym as International Jewish Banking Conspiracy, but that's a band, not a political organization) and also in the Illuminati, but not in the Rosicrucian Order, seeing as the latter means "Order of the Rose Cross," and we were the ones who crucified the dude in the first place.
