Yep- that's getting circulated around the office today. So friggen cute.
I wish that we had a parade of school kids come through our office today or something... That would be fun. I saw my apt manager as I left for work this morning, (she was dressed up as a pirate, on her way to yoga class), and I asked about trick-or-treaters in our neighborhood, (we just moved there) and she said that they don't go to the apartments. Classist brats. Phooey anyway. There's always rowdy Halloween in the Castro... I dunno, I'm getting too old. Too many people and stabbings and such. We'll see.
I suggested that we go trick-or-treating around the office building, but it was shot down by my co-workers, who did not dress up today anyway. (Not that I dressed up. I was going to, but I had too much of a busy weekend to pull together a costume.) But I thought it'd be funny to knock on the doors of all of the other companies here with a big garbage bag and look all offended when they didn't offer us candy.
People have no sense of fun here.
I live above a restaurant, so no one ever rings my doorbell for Halloween. There's not even anywhere to put up a pumpkin. Ah well, next year.
