My favourite line of all time was an "exchange" of sorts between Kirk Cameron and the author of Sadly, No. Kirk was berating his readership for not suffering as Christians had throughout the ages -- had they really experienced having been thrown to the lions, crucified, being beheaded, etc. Sadly, No's response was, "Well, of course you haven't. You still have a head."
