Reading Wednesday
Apr. 2nd, 2025 06:25 pmJust finished: Spotlight on Labour History by Cy Morris. This is a comic about (mainly North American and British) labour history. I mean, or a bunch of illustrated facts. Comic-adjacent. It's exactly what it says on the package, which if you like that thing (and I do), it's good. Partner found it in a rare bookshop so don't count on being able to find it if you're intrigued by that description.
Slow Horses by Mick Herron. This was SO GOOD. Even though I knew every plot twist and turn because of the show, I couldn't really put it down. Catherine remains my favourite and I will not be taking questions at this time. (j/k ask me whatever you want)
Currently reading: Love Medicine by Louise Erdrich. No real progress this week b/c I had to do too much work at work.
Sorry, this was a short entry; I've mainly been doomscrolling and/or touching grass. Snow.
