Well, I care in that Ignatieff would have had us in Iraq, Blais will privatize health care, and Rae...well, we saw what he did in Ontario.

I think Rae always was a Liberal, judging by his screwing of the working class and such.

I do know I don't want Ignatieff and I've never heard of Blais. It's not like we'll get to vote on it. Supposedly, Gerard Kennedy is a favourite.

Kennedy strikes me as a long-shot, despite what frandroid said below. While I don't like him, he's nicer and significantly farther to the left than the others, and I'd predict that the Liberals will try to find someone who's indistinguishable from the Conservatives. It's a bad strategy, but that's never stopped the Democrats.

John Godfrey's age might play against him. Harper is 46, he's in for the long haul. But I don't really know Godfrey.

Hall Findlay looks a bit young. I also don't know her although I'm starting to pay attention to her.

I'm pretty convinced that Ignatieff won't win. He's too self-sufficient. He laughs when asked uncomfortable questions and then gives glib answers. Also, he's lying through his teeth, and has no roots.

I think Kennedy will give Rae a run for his money, and then win in overtime.

As a New Democrat, I'm very scared of Rae, Kennedy and Dion. The rest we can handle.
