Another day, another conference. The most awesome thing I did today was eat a burrito and then get into a snowball fight along Philosopher's Walk. Depending on your perspective, that either says bad things about the quality of the conference, or really good things about the quality of burritos and/or snow around here.

Now it's back to writing my penultimate paper of the year, which is sounding really Frankfurt School.

Hard to say, really. I'm supposed to write a paper about the last group project that I did, which has to do with advertising and media studies. Hence blah blah blah The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction.

I'm too braindead to reconcile Benjamin (and Berger) with the po-mo remix culture stuff we did later in the semester, though. And it all relates to the project, of course. Or at least, I'm too braindead to do it in less than 1,200 words and by Monday.

I came for the morning sessions, but decided to skip the Music hall. Luckily, my final paper is only due Jan. 7-th. Of course, it is about pedophilia... well, at least as much of it as I can possibly weave into a history of education theme.
