Happy New Year!
Dec. 31st, 2008 09:30 amThis past year has seen as many tumultuous changes as the one before it, which is saying an awful lot. I hope that one day I can look back and think: "That was worth it."
And I hope that the year to come is better for us all.
I plan to be Schrödinger's Sabo tonight because there are a bunch of different things I've been invited to. Should you be local and wanting to meet up, here's a rundown of the places where I'm likely to be:
5-6 pm: Vigil in front of the Israeli Consulate
10ish: Standard Form shop-warming party
at some point between 10 and 3:
culpster's gig at the Cameron House
at some point during the evening: McVeigh's
11:15-12:15: There's a remote possibility that I may ring in the New Year in front of the Israeli Consulate @ New Year's Eve is Cancelled: Solidarity With the People of Gaza
