A link in the comments led me to this short essay, which neatly summarizes the other reason why I get irked by the reference to Judeo-Christianity in the Education Act.

I must say... one clear advantage at living in a non-Western, non-Christian country is that we do not have the term Judeo-Christian... which is effing great!
