dan kahn and psoy are hands down my favorite yiddish singer...and yiddish singers are pretty much the only thing in the world that i can be considered a bonafide expert on. for whatever that's worth.
My Yiddish and Russian are both in that area where I can get some of what they are singing, but only a little. Of course, when they switch over to English, it takes me a moment to figure out what language they are singing in.
