It's an awesome little vegetarian Chinese place in Kensington Market. The food is great, but what's more great is that you can buy all of the fake meats that they cook with, and they are a gazillion times better than any kind of fake meat you can buy elsewhere. They have fake bacon that actually changes colour as you cook it, and fake mutton that improves practically any dish you put it in.
They've been closed for renovations for a year and they're finally open again, which makes me happy.
Now if only Bo De Duyen would reopen again, my restaurant-going life would be complete.
Because we always went to Bo De Duyen! Well, it has a lot of advantages—a much larger menu, and much cheaper, and the food at King's didn't used to be as good as it was today.
