Creepy dream.
I had a number of houseguests staying overnight, one of whom was an old friend who I was desperate for some alone time with, but the majority of whom I actively disliked and resented. I had finally fallen asleep, but I needed to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
In the bathroom, there was a figure hanging in the shower, caught in the web of the spider that lived in my bathroom. The body was that of a man in a thin, ragged suit, but the head was a snail in a shell that looked like a dirty ram's horn. It was the snail that was caught in the web, mummified in the spider's cocoon, and turned deep red as its blood soaked into the silk. The rest of the shell was caught up in strands of web, and the body was attached by thin connective tissue, which started to tear as I approached for a closer look. The tissue split, and the body broke free from its head and lurched past me, down the stairs to where my guests were sleeping.

Is the body in the shower also a guest, or something else?
