Have you ever read "the commissar vanishes"? It's really interesting. It's about stalinist photo retouching to remove enemies of the state. Painting trotsky out of things was a full time job for a battalion of airbrushers for decades.

I'm still fiddling with how to work the two journals. I don't want to clog up anyone's friends page, since most people who friended gaybortion are my friends already. But obviously, I don't check it as often, seeing as I missed a bunch of comments. I should probably enable e-mail comments again or something.

Oh, man. We even have a party coming up. I'm going to suggest making it thematic, although I suspect the Trots will veto it. And they can, since it's at their house.

What do you think of Trots?

Have you ever seen them in action? Do you agree that they're a liability to the Left and that they tend to scuttle other Left orgs to 'purify' the Left and to build their own cadre with the fallout?

I'm very interested in your whole view on Trots.

We had a self-described 'Trot' in the Allentown IWW named Ricky, from Reading, PA., but he wasn't like all that above.
