Besides everything else that is wrong with the above paragraph, "Judaeo-Christian" is one of those terms that should not exist.

when i first read i thought it's some legistlation from the 1800's.

I doubt they had any legislation concerning teachers here in the 1800's: public education is a relatively new thing.
