I dare you to find anything funnier than Francis Fukuyama (yes, that one), equating Halloween decorations to war crimes.

Just passed a house with a child's skeleton as a Halloween decoration. People should realize these are not cute; when you see one in reality it is at minimum a human tragedy and at worst a #WarCrimes

For the three or so of you who have not seen this posted elsewhere (or who long to see it again), here I am with

Personally I think this is the second-funniest costume I have ever done (after last year's David Cameron and a sexy pig costume). Admittedly I think the intertubes are finding it funnier than people at any of the three parties we hit last night.

P.S. Okay, so it went over really well on the internets. Maybe too well. Now I have newfound comrades in Bangladesh offering to put me up if I ever come visit. Hahaha.

cupric_acetate, and I celebrated a very excellent Thanksween dinner with all of the traditional items, including Tofurky, sweet potato smash, the gravy Rob Ford failed to find at City Hall, and blood from the skulls of our enemies.

The secret to making Tofurky not suck: baste with olive oil, soy sauce, fresh dill, and zataar, and add lots of garlic cloves around it.

The secret to even better pumpkin pie: dulce de leche instead of condensed milk.

Now I'm handing out candy to adorable children before I prepare for the final leg of the evening. More pictures to come.

This year's Halloween rule: All children are equal (and thus deserve equal amounts of candy), but kids who are dressed like Daleks are more equal than others.
