I am still in my spiritual homeland; have some pictures.

Explanations later, sushi now.

Seattle seems so awesome, it's probably the #1 US city that I'd like to visit. Is it very far to go to the places where Twin Peaks was set? Because if not, you should totally take a day trip (your pictures in the woods reminded me of Twins Peaks, which is why I brought it up).

I think that some of the interiors started being shot in California (I think the high school was one of them, if I recall correctly, it was shot on-location in the pilot and then it switched to a studio in California) but not all of them and not the exteriors! I think that two separate towns were used for it and you can still see places like the Great Northern and the lake where Laura is found. :D You should definitely go next time and take pictures so I can live vicariously through you!

Yeah, the dinner looks really bad on the inside now. I remember seeing a fansite where they had full reports on all the locations (down to that branch with the bird during the opening credits) with side-by-side comparisons with what they look now. I guess that it's not really as atmospheric as seeing it on TV (especially since Twin Peaks was stitched up from two different towns), so if you want to preserve that image your friend is probably right, though I still think it would be neat to see the filming locations and take a selfie by that waterfall.

I think it might be this site: http://www.intwinpeaks.com/

OMG JAPANESE TOURISTS DO THAT? That sounds like the best thing.

Is Hemlock Grove good? Should I watch it? I'm bored and have no series to watch so I think I'm dying.

Wow, those are gorgeous photos. Catching the rainbow in the waterfall was particularly near. And you look hot as ever!
