 Well, Overdrive's 7-day loan thing cacked out on me before I could finished Gideon the Ninth, which is patently unfair as I need to know how things resolve for our lesbian space necromancers. Arrrrgh! I've got it on hold.

Currently reading: 500 Years of Resistance by Gord Hill. This is a comics compilation about Indigenous struggles against European colonizers. I read the intros (one by Hill, one by Ward Churchill) and passed out. It looks really good, though.

don't worry, it ends on enough of a cliff-hanger that you'll feel the same way even after you finish the book.

I have a 1/3 success rate with 7-day holds. I really don't like them. I can never predict when I'm going to be too exhausted to read at night, and they don't say on the Overdrive page how long the book is.
