I have an evil grandmother on Vancouver Island. Okay, she's not evil so much as apathetic about whether I live or die, and also she scarily hasn't aged in a quarter century. Maybe it's something in the air.
In part of that swath, southern Alberta, is the only place where I have ever ridden a bicycle backwards! Thanks to a very strong headwind. SO IT'S IMPORTANT.

Well, we are trying to liberate New England, but we'll take New York State while we're at it. Except NYC...we don't want to be targets for terrorists. ;)
Where did the great lakes go? You know, the lakes that protect the US from invasion from the north. (Invasion is unlikely from those areas that no-one cares about - there's no way to tell that part of the US from that part of Canuckistan.) Is this due to global warming? Or did someone sell them to China.
emd produced it specifically for me. I am not against your using it, but I would be interested in knowing who gave you permission. Maybe you could give her credit for it in your description or something, if you felt that that was appropriate.
If you don't feel like sharing their information, I suppose that's fine too. But it just irks me that there are people out there that would stoop so low as to steal an LJ icon and pass it off as their own. Shameful!
