Yeah. If you have a lot of time on your hands, check out Route 181: Fragments of a Journey Through Palestine-Israel. It's not the most well-made film of all time (emphasis on the "fragments") but it has an interesting interview with Palestinian construction workers building the Wall.

I'm sure those who commissioned the building of the wall thought the irony was delicious, like braised liver tips in butter sauce.

It seems that wallsfences are a popular way of keeping people out these days. There's a wall in D-town that separates an 88% black neighbourhood from a 91.5% white suburban neighbourhood that came out of the race riots in the 1960s, and none of the suburbanites seemed interested in breaking down the wall. My class mate reports, "One person from GPP (the suburb) commented, 'Instead of having a wall, we should have a piggy bank where we put in all the money for the beautification of both our neighbourhoods. But you know, someone is bound to break into it and steal all of the money from our collective efforts.'"
